Our Advantages

• We were the first in Slovenia (from the year 1992 onwards) to begin using neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) as the method of excellence in the field of communication, personal growth, leadership /guidance/, motivation, learning, instruction,…
• All our educational trainers are highly qualified experts who have studied to become trainers according to special programmes and standards.
• At our centre, further qualifications are gained by educational trainers from other educational institutions and from companies.
• In the education we use the licensed method of total /holistic/, accelerated, creative learning – Global Learning®.
• All the educational programmes are carried out exclusively in small groups, thus enabling us to achieve continuous and dynamic interaction between trainers /lecturers/ and participants. The work is conducted through: role play, simulation, analysis of examples, presentation, coaching and other active methods forms of work. The workshops are designed as a grouping /combination/ of training sessions, at which the participants interactively train the skills linked to the programme contents.
• All the knowledge is directly transferable to practice, since we are learning from life. Our recognitions /findings/ and solutions are based on practical experience, since they include at least 80% of activities from practice and for practice.
• We also take care, after conclusion of the programmes, to follow up on the knowledge acquired (forums, e-learning, e-material, counselling, coaching, tutoring, mentoring, shadowing, etc.). We monitor and measure the effects of our services by use of the appropriate instruments. Thus we obtain reliable results regarding the joint activities and the investment (with the client) in the knowledge and skills acquired.
• Our educational and consultancy /counselling/ services are tailored to meet the client's needs /…are shaped to suit the client's requirements/. This is the concern of our educational advisors.
• The majority of our programmes can also be conducted in foreign languages (English, Serbian, Croatian) or in combination with language learning.
• We co-operate with a wide range of international educational organizations; this enables the swift transfer of knowledge and skills, both in Slovenia and within the international arena.
• We are also engaged in numerous international projects; this further enriches us in the area of our training skills, educational materials and methods and forms of our work.
